COLUMBUS, Ohio-- The year is 1991, and "(Th)Rob Portman," a perpetually "clean," athletic Republican attorney is about to embark on what will become a very successful political career. At least, that's how his colleagues at the Office of Legislative Affairs characterized him when they threw Portman a farewell party at their office near the White House more than 20 years ago. Alex Pappas of The Daily Caller obtained an invitation to a going away party for Portman after his tenure working for President George H.W. Bush.
