Tennessee Titans coach Mike Munchak will meet Friday morning with team president and CEO Tommy Smith to engage in an organizational evaluation, sources say, during which Munchak could learn his fate. Munchak's job has been the source of speculation as the team missed the playoffs for the fifth straight time. In three seasons since Munchak succeeded Jeff Fisher as coach in 2011, the Titans have finished 9-7, 6-10 and 7-9. League sources said general manager Ruston Webster also will be involved in the meeting with Smith, who sent his plane from his home base in Houston for what is expected to be day-long organizational evaluations. It is not known if Smith has already made a decision on Munchak's fate or whether he wants to hear about the plan going forward that would involve staff changes.
