Just weeks after tying the knot in June, the coupe announced earlier this summer that they were expecting. The baby is due in March.

Both had babies on their mind early right after the wedding on June 21. Jill Dillard told ABC News that in addition to having biological children, they hope to adopt as well.

\"Both of us want as many kids as God will give us,\" she said. \"My parents have kept popping them out so we'll see how [our] fertility is!\"
