Two highways were shut down due to the conditions – the Ortega Highway connecting Riverside and Orange counties, as well as southbound lanes of I-15, authorities told ABC station KABC.
Isabel Castellanos said it was difficult to drive in the wintry conditions.
\"It's really foggy, you can't see much, which I'm used to the fog because I'm from Fresno, but it's just a little different, haven't driven it in a while,\" she told KABC.
