Juskin may be one of the oldest people accused of homicide. In 2011, a 96-year-old woman became the oldest person charged with murder in Florida in the shooting of her nephew, 53. Two years later, authorities found her mentally incompetent to stand trial at 98 years old and dropped the second-degree murder charges against her.

A 98-year-old woman in Massachusetts was accused of strangling her nursing home roommate in 2009. Last year, it was ruled that the woman, who had long been diagnosed with dementia, was incompetent to stand trial at 102 years old.
