In the upcoming film, the \"Scandal\" star, 38, stars as Hill, now 58, who in 1991 accused Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment during the confirmation hearing for his nomination to be a Supreme Court justice. Wendell Pierce will play Thomas and Greg Kinnear will appear as Joe Biden. Jennifer Hudson, Cobie Smulders, Erika Christensen and Eric Stonestreet are also set to appear.

A release date has not yet been announced.
