ABC News' senior medical contributor Dr. Jennifer Ashton, a practicing obstetrician-gynecologist, says assessing a pregnant woman based solely on her visual appearance is \"one of the worst things people can do as a society.\"

\"There is a multitude of factors that goes in to how she appears in her pregnancy and, at the end of the day, it's nobody's business other than hers and her doctor's,\" Ashton said.
