Sanders wins Democratic caucuses in Washington state, The Associated Press declares.

With 100 percent of precincts reporting, Sanders won 73 percent to Clinton's 27 percent.

\"We are on a path toward victory,\" Sanders said at a rally at the University of Wisconsin after being declared the winner in Washington. \"It is hard for anybody to deny that our campaign has the momentum.\"
