\"Not a slave to perfection right now,\" Kesha captioned the photo. \"body shamers please f*** off ain't nobody got time for it.\"

Kesha, 29, is in the middle of a legal battle with Sony in an effort to get out of her recording contract with producer Dr. Luke, who she says \"sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally\" abused her for years.

Dr. Luke has vehemently denied the allegations and asked that he not be tried in the court of public opinion. On Twitter the producer wrote that he and Kesha \"made a lot of songs together and it was often good but there were creative differences at times.\"

\"It's sad that she would turn a contract negotiation into something so horrendous and untrue,\" he continued.
