Julia Louis-Dreyfus, 55, broke a record when she won the Emmy for her role as Selina Meyer, a fictional vice president who later becomes president in HBO's \"Veep.\" She now has the most lead comedy actress trophies, passing Candice Bergen and Mary Tyler Moore.

Louis-Dreyfus beat out Laurie Metcalf (\"Getting On\"), Lily Tomlin (\"Grace and Frankie\"), Tracee Ellis Ross (\"Black-ish\"), Amy Schumer (\"Inside Amy Schumer\") and Ellie Kemper (\"Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt\") in the category.
