Trump Picks EPA Critic Scott Pruitt to Head EPA

President-elect Donald Trump has selected Oklahoma Attorney General and Environmental Protection Agency critic Scott Pruitt as his pick to run the EPA, according to Trump senior adviser Kellyanne Conway.
