Sen. Feinstein introducing bill to ban bump stocks after Vegas shooting

Sen. Dianne Feinstein introduced a bill Wednesday that would ban the sale and possession of bump-stock equipment and other devices that essentially turn a semiautomatic weapon into an automatic one.
