McCain says Vietnam-bone spur comment was about 'inequities'

Explaining prior comments that appeared to be a veiled critique of President Donald Trump's military deferment during the Vietnam War, Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz. said it is "disgraceful" that the "lowest income portion of our public" does our fighting.
