Trooper pulls over cop who delivered him in 1991: 'His mouth dropped -- so did mine'

New Jersey State trooper Michael Patterson pulled over retired cop Matthew Bailly for a traffic violation and they discovered they had met 26 years prior when Bailly helped deliver Patterson.
