Luce, who is from Milan, told “Good Morning America” that while he’s worked as a makeup artist for Italian national TV for more than 15 years, he started creating 3-D illustrations on the palm of his hand with makeup in 2014.
\"I like the fact that [the images] manage to confuse the viewer...this makes me proud of my efforts,\" he told \"GMA.\"

Luce said design has been his \"greatest passion\" since he was a child, and that it's \"helped me to be a great makeup artist.\"
