Trump goes on Twitter frenzy attacking Rep. Elijah Cummings and city of Baltimore

President Trump went on a tweeting rampage calling Maryland Congressman Elijah Cummings a "brutal bully" and saying that the city of Baltimore is a "disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess."
