Holland's upbeat outlook comes after news broke Tuesday that Sony and Marvel had shut down talks to extend a partnership they began a few years back to use Spider-Man in upcoming Marvel films.

Fans lost their minds, taking to the hashtag #SaveSpiderMan to voice their concerns.

Even Jeremy Renner, who played Hawkeye in the \"Avengers,\" commented, \"Hey @sonypictures we want Spider-Man back to @therealstanlee and @marvel please, thank you #congrats #spidermanrocks #please.\"

Still, we don't yet know what's really happening and nothing has been officially announced by Marvel or Disney.
