The pair will reportedly reprise their respective roles of paleontologist Dr. Alan Grant and paleobotanist Dr. Ellie Sattler for the first time since 2001’s \"Jurassic Park III.\"

Again directed by \"Jurassic World\" series filmmaker Colin Trevorrow, \"Jurassic World 3\" is set to start production early next year.

Dern shared a photo with Trevorrow, announcing the exciting news.
