\"It's pretty routine/has happened to me quite a few times because I have a lot of allergies,\" she continued. \"Depending on the severity I sometimes go into anaphylactic shock as a result. But Jules was with me and the doctors at Cedars were AMAZING so back at home now, and I'm OK.\"

She also assured her fans that she appreciated their support and kind words.

\"I'm fine, and I'll be fine! Xo,\" she added.

Dobrev and Hough have been friends for years and often post about their appreciation for one another.

In a birthday message to Hough in July, Dobrev wrote: \"You bring so much beautiful energy into the world, your smile lights up every single room you walk into, and it puts my soul at ease.\"
