Eubert lives in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, and is also a stepmom to Zoe, 19, and Camryn, 13, who told \"Good Morning America\" that their mom made the costume for Dylan out of felt.

Eubert was only going to take one photo but then couldn't help herself. \"I started thinking of fun ways to place my elf,\" she said.

\"I have to take as many photos as I can,\" Eubert said. \"I will have these sweet memories forever and maybe a picture for his senior yearbook one day.\"
