Both the owner, who police did not identify, and Ruby were visibly overjoyed to see one another on Tuesday.
Ruby had been inside her owner’s vehicle when it was stolen on Feb. 1.
The very happy owner noted that the officers even \"found her cage\" before dancing with the puppy in her arms.
The video has racked up over 10,000 views on Facebook with hundreds of likes and dozens of shares.
