Kournikova also posted two photos post-delivery: one of her cradling her daughter to her chest and another of her holding the baby as Iglesias kisses her forehead.
The baby girl, whose name hasn't been revealed, joins the couple's 2-year-old twins, Lucy and Nicholas.
Iglesias, 44, and Kournikova, 38, have been together almost 20 years.
