\"I gotta say that these past few days got me feeling philosophical -- it doesn't matter who you are, where you're from, we're all in this together,\" Gadot said in the video that has garnered nearly 3.5 million views.

Gadot said she got the idea after she had come across a powerful video of a man in Italy playing \"Imagine\" on his trumpet off of his balcony for his neighbors.

\"There was something so powerful and pure about this video,\" she said just before breaking into the first lyric of the infamous song.

James Marsden, Sarah Silverman, Jimmy Fallon, Natalie Portman, Zoe Kravitz, Sia, Amy Adams, Mark Ruffalo and many more sang the continued verse from their respective homes, outdoor spaces, bathrooms, home offices and couches.
