Bündchen, 39, has a 10-year-old son, Benjamin, and a 7-year-old daughter, Vivian, with her husband, NFL quarterback Tom Brady, 42.

Last week, she penned a thank you note to the city of Boston in wake of the news that Brady was leaving the New England Patriots. He has since signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

\"Boston has been so good to us and will always be in our hearts,\" she wrote. \"We will forever have wonderful memories. Our kids were born and raised there and we have made special friendships to last a lifetime.\"
