Sam had a stylistic choice when it came to composing his haiku, such as writing the last line in all caps and opting for larger letters for \"NOT!\"

The proud mom took a photo of the finished product and immediately shared it on Instagram on Tuesday.

As expected, the poem was a hit, with fans strongly agreeing that the pandemic is emotionally taxing.

While the candid haiku certainly elicited a chuckle from Garner herself, she postulated in the caption, \"Things must be getting bleak when an 8 year old boy adopts a pen name and voluntarily writes poetry.\"

She also encouraged her fellow moms with the hashtag #hangintheremamas.

Garner shares Sam with her ex-husband Ben Affleck.
