In addition to showing off their April Fool's Day prank, which was filmed before social distancing went into effect, the two TV stars encouraged viewers to SAG-AFTRA's COVID-19 Relief Fund because, as Kimmel pointed out, not all actors are financially secure.

\"People think all actors are wealthy, and that's absolutely not true,\" Kimmel said. \"There are many actors who are just barely getting by, and this is a fund to help those people out.\"

The series finale of \"Modern Family\" airs Wednesday, April 8, at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
