Johnson's former teammate, Nastia Liukin, the all-around champion from the 2008 Olympics, also took part in the viewing party.

She broke out her pink leotard from the competition to watch the all-around final at the games and shared a photo on her Instagram. \"Your girl’s still got it. Actually, no, no I don’t,\" she joked in the caption of her post.

Johnson and Liukin are close now. The two set the record straight on what happened with their friendship and rumors of a long-standing feud in a 2018 video.
