Before going into more detail in the post about her loss, she included a trigger warning that the information might be \"difficult to read\" for many.

The 35-year-old then detailed the moment when she realized she was having the miscarriage. She recalled \"intense cramping\" early one morning and being in \"complete shock.\"

\"I sat and stared at it for hours - not able to fully comprehend what happened,\" she wrote.

She ended the post with a reminder to her followers that, \"We all go through different emotions & process the loss differently... So know that if you’re going or have gone through this, your feelings are valid - whatever they may be.\"

Fedotowsky is currently married to Kevin Manno and they have two children together -- 4-year-old daughter Molly and 2-year-old son Riley.
