15-year-old surprised with drive-thru quinceañera after losing her father to COVID-19

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office stepped in to celebrate 15-year-old Laylanny’s big day after her father, Sgt. Diaz-Ayalá, died from COVID-19.
