Benoist, 31, announced her pregnancy in March. A few weeks later, Wood, 32, revealed the baby's sex in an Instagram post.

Benoist and Wood, who reportedly met on the set of \"Supergirl,\" were romantically linked for the first time in 2017. They wed last year.
