I know that you will conquer this as you have every other challenge you have ever faced.\"

\"We are all on this journey together ... and I can’t wait to get back on the stage with you and the boys and have a proper celebration when you’re better. You got this my man. I love you, Kels and all the family with all my heart and I’ll be right here,\" he concluded.

Parker, also 32, revealed his tumor diagnosis in his own Instagram post on Monday. He also confirmed he was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma -- an aggressive form of brain cancer.

The Wanted boy band consists of Parker, George, Nathan Sykes, Siva Kaneswaran and Jay McGuiness, and are known for their hits \"All Time Low\" and \"Glad You Came.\" They went on an indefinite hiatus in 2014.
