Vonn also emphasized to her followers that what they are seeing on social media is authentically her.

\"One thing I can promise all of you is that I never Photoshop my photos and am proud to officially never had any plastic surgery of any kind. No Botox, no fillers, no mini surgeries,\" she wrote. \"Literally nothing. I am 100% natural and 100% Lindsey.\"

Vonn overcame multiple injuries during her nearly decade-long professional skiing career, which she retired from last year. She now often shares glimpses of her workouts with her two million Instagram followers.

In her latest post, the skier, who is engaged to NHL player P.K. Subban, encouraged her followers to keep their heads up \"no matter what the haters say.\"

\"So to anyone who is feeling self conscious or down about their appearance; stay strong, stay healthy and love yourself no matter what the haters say,\" Vonn wrote. \"Special thanks to all of you who have been positive and supportive ... lets keep up the culture of body positivity going!\"
