In late December, Teigen revealed she was \"four weeks sober.\"

She also discussed her past struggles with alcohol in 2017 when she told Cosmopolitan about cutting back on drinking and how it influenced her life.

She told the outlet at the time that she was \"point blank, just drinking too much.\"

\"I used to think it was kind of nutty to have to go totally sober,\" she said, \"but now I get it. I don't want to be that person ... I have to fix myself.\"

Since sharing her sobriety updates on social media, Teigen has received thousands of supportive comments from fans.
