Along with his famous portrayal of Captain von Trapp, Plummer took on many other notable roles throughout his decades-long career.
He won an Oscar for best supporting actor for his role in \"Beginners\" in 2012, and starred in films including “All the Money in the World” “The Last Station,” \"Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country,\" \"Knives Out,\" \"A Beautiful Mind” and many more.
Actor Chris Evans, who starred alongside Plummer in Rian Johnson's 2019 film, \"Knives Out,\" said the actor's death is \"an unbelievable loss.\"
