Revealing that the two unknowingly spread it to her parents \"on Christmas Eve,\" Carson noted that her mom and dad were robbed of holding their grandchild after he was born.

\"They weren't out of quarantine yet and had to meet their grandson for the first time through a window,\" she lamented, saying it \"literally broke my heart into pieces.\"

The ballroom beauty did not say how she or McAllister contracted COVID-19.

Carson previously detailed Leo's complicated birth in January by writing, \"After 24 hours of labor, 2 1/2 hours of pushing, & an unexpected c-section we finally had you in our arms safe.\"
