The 27-year-old body-positive advocate is photographed posing in a flowy white fabric against a gray backdrop with softly waved hair and neutral-toned makeup that was done by NYC-based artist Judi Gabbay.

\"We are so excited and thrilled to welcome this little baby into the world,\" McGrady told People. \"After a tumultuous 2020 this feels like the rainbow at the end of the storm.\"

McGrady met Keys five years ago, and a little over a year later they were engaged. In 2019, the couple married in California.

While this is the couple's first child together, McGrady has already been a stepmother to Keys' daughter from a previous marriage.
