Speaking alongside her sister, Brie Bella, the two lamented over fans' expectations for them to snap back into their pre-baby figures.

While Brie said social media is partially to blame for these unrealistic expectations, the media star confessed, \"I do see how filtered the world is of social media and I'm like, I'm tired of keeping up with ... the body you're supposed to [have.]\"

Chimed in Nikki, \"The perfect body doesn't exist.\"

The new mom opened up about how the pressure to look \"perfect\" affected her mental health and caused her to feel \"so down and depressed.\"

\"Think of how good you look for 37, and I don't know if you're comparing yourself to 20 year olds, but compare yourself to your age,\" Brie said.
