Prince Harry, Meghan announce birth of 2nd child

Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, gave birth to her second child, a baby girl, on Friday. The couple named Lilibet ‘Lili’ Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, after Queen Elizabeth and the late Princess Diana.
