Nikki Bella posts sweet note for Artem Chigvintsev

The \"Total Bellas\" star finished her message with \"I’m lucky you call me yours. 🤍 And that I’m your favorite lunch date...Happy Birthday Papi!\"
Chigvintsev marked his birthday by sharing a selfie on his own account, which he captioned with a message about missing his family.
Bella and Chigvintsev announced their engagement in January 2020.
Their wedding date is reportedly set for November 2021.
