Since posting, Graham has grabbed the attention of many followers, including Jessica Alba, who left a comment saying \"congrats mama\" and several others sharing similar sentiments.

Nearly a decade after getting married, the duo announced their first pregnancy in 2019 and gave birth to their son Isaac Menelik Giovanni Ervin at the beginning of 2020.

In a previous post revealing the birth of her first baby boy, she lovingly said, \"our lives changed for the better.\"

Also, last July Graham captured and inspired many when she was photographed embracing her stretch marks for a \"Swimsuits For All\" campaign shoot.

\"It looks so simple and beautiful, but powerful,\" Graham previously shared about the shoot. \"I've got more weight on me. I've stretch marks, and in the beginning, I really had to have a lot of conversations with myself and tell myself, 'Okay, new body, new mindset.'

She added, \"But after this photoshoot, I felt so empowered because I was like, 'Yes. I look good. I feel good. This is my new mom bod.'\"
