Other snaps showed Rowan's dorm room, decorated with motivational posters, a neon light of her first initial and a wall full of pictures of Rowan and her friends.

Shields is glowing with pride with each snap -- until the very last one. A video shows her crying in the passenger seat as she and husband Chris Henchy drive home.

The \"Suddenly Susan\" star got support from her famous friends in the comments, including actress Julianna Marguilies, supermodel Christie Brinkley, Ali Wentworth and more.

Shields, thankfully, has a few more years to go before she takes her youngest child, 15-year-old Grier, off to college.
