The speech was caught on video and ended up trending on Twitter. The former \"Glee\" star seemed to address the incident on Sunday, taking to Instagram and sharing an image that read \"Broken\" followed by the broken red heart and praying hands emojis.

Gregg Leakes was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2018, but went into remission after treatment. In June, NeNe Leakes shared that the cancer had returned and he had undergone surgery.

The Leakes first wed in 1997, divorced in 2011 and remarried in 2013.
