Father of woman killed on 2014 film set calls Halyna Hutchins’ death 'unnecessary'

Richard and Elizabeth Jones' daughter Sarah was killed on the “Midnight Rider” set in February 2014. The two spoke with “20/20” after Halyna Hutchins was killed on the “Rust” film set in October 2021.
