Graham revealed in July that she was pregnant again, having welcomed her first child with Ervin, a son named Isaac, in January 2020.

\"The past year has been full of tiny surprises, big griefs, familiar beginnings and new stories,\" Graham wrote in the Instagram post. \"I'm just beginning to process and celebrate what this next chapter means for us.\"

Graham, who married Ervin in 2010, shared in September that she was expecting twins and that both were boys.

\"Are you serious? We're gonna have three boys?\" she said in the Instagram video, reacting to the news.

Graham celebrated Ervin's birthday in a Dec. 31 Instagram post by calling him \"the world's kindest and most patient, nurturing husband\" as well as thanking him \"for being the best dad to our boys and for aging like fine wine.\"
