In 2018, Cattrall informed fans on Feb. 4 that Chris had been missing since Jan. 30. She noted that he left his keys, phone and wallet at his home in Canada and that he had left the front door open, which she said was out of character for him.

\"He's a one of a kind brother,\" she wrote at the time.

Cattrall announced Chris' death mere hours later, writing, \"It is with great sadness that myself and my family announce the unexpected passing of our son and brother, Chris Cattrall. At this time we ask for privacy. We want to thank you all on social media for your outpouring of love and support in this trying time.\"

While Cattrall didn't reunite with her \"Sex and the City\" costars for the revival series \"And Just Like That...,\" she can next be seen on Hulu's \"How I Met Your Mother\" spinoff, \"How I Met Your Father.\"
