“Per my mom, this was a coincidence. She was going out to run an errand and saw our marked car -- and next thing you know the video tells the rest,” he recapped.

“No way,” Harris exclaimed with a laugh during the live surprise. “Oh my gosh, this is awesome.”

But Harris' mom Sandi didn't stop at the standup shot in Ohio. She also surprised her son virtually during his big national television debut on Thursday.

“He’s my biggest accomplishment I am very, very proud,” his mom told “GMA.”
