Residents recall search for 5-year-old Devan Duniver, two decades after her death

Duniver, who lived with her mom and brother in an apartment in New Philadelphia, Ohio, went missing on Saturday, June 27, 1998. Searchers found her body the next afternoon in a nearby wooded area.
