Guyton said when she found out she was pregnant, she initially thought, \"Ah, god, this is gonna take forever.\"

And as time went on, she said she found that \"it literally goes by so, so fast.\" She added, \"I just want to fight so hard and give him the best future I possibly can.\"

The artist said that for Mother's Day this year, her family is going to do whatever her son would like to do.

\"I think Mother's Day should be every day personally, after what we go through,\" she said. \"People do not tell you this -- like not only do you have to grow the child, then you have to birth the child, then you have to raise the child and you're the child's life source. We deserve every single day in my personal opinion.\"

\"Just being with my son is all I want to do,\" she continued. \"It doesn't matter what we're doing -- we could sit in the living room for all I care, as long as I'm with him and celebrating being his mom is all I want to do.\"

Guyton, who released her debut album last year, said she is currently working on new music, including one special song she wrote about her son.
