Gregg Leakes died last September after a battle with colon cancer. At the time, a representative for the couple told ABC News that he had \"passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by all of his children, very close loved ones and wife NeNe Leakes.\"

Shortly after his death, NeNe Leakes spoke to People, saying the \"last five days before his passing was really beautiful.\"

\"All of his children were there. His best friends were there. Our closest friends were there. We all sat with him around the clock,\" she said at the time. \"We talked a lot, and we made peace with what was happening.\"
