Carrie Underwood calls husband 'someone who accepts me and all my flaws' in sweet post

Carrie Underwood and her husband Mike Fisher are celebrating 11 years since they first met.

To mark the milestone, this week the couple had a "rare night out," and Underwood shared a snap from their time together.

She also described the impact Fisher has made in her life in the caption. "11 years ago yesterday, I met the love of my life...patient, kind, the best dad, handsome, of course!" she wrote.

She described the former professional ice hockey player as, "someone who accepts me and all my flaws...the same as me in many ways...opposite in some."

The couple, who have two children together, celebrated their 9-year wedding anniversary in July 2019.
